Lou Bird’s–the new restaurant in the old Meritage space, opened by Norris and Debbie Jordan of the Happy Rooster–has been getting some solid, early love from Philadelphia. Which isn’t really all that surprising since it has Natalie Maronski (ex of Volver) in the kitchen and Josh Jenkins (former manager at Dandelion) working the floor.
But now, they’re trying to make their little neighborhood bistro even more neighborhood-y by adding a happy hour.
So here’s what we know right now. Starting this week, Lou Bird’s will be doing an every-day happy hour, running from 4pm-6pm, seven days a week. ...
