After Wednesday’s solstice, it’s officially summer — and Pizzeria Vetri has unveiled three new pies to celebrate.
Each Philly-area location — Rittenhouse, Art Museum, and King of Prussia — is getting its own seasonal pie for summertime.
At the Rittenhouse outpost, it’s the Porchetta, a pie topped with slow-roasted pork, peaches, arugula, mozzarella, and parmesan. At 20th and Callowhill Streets, get a veggie-heavy Zucca featuring zucchini, summer squash, parmesan, stracciatella, and mint. And guests at the King of Prussia location can order up the Nduja, topped with its namesake spreadable salumi, sweet corn, shishito peppers, ...
